Watching the sisters plan and carry out Jean Paul’s death is a macabre delight! The magic lies in the relationship between the sisters, which seems so authentic, in the way they care for each other and support each other with convincing jokes.
hooked on this dark comedy thriller
The added bonus is the bumbling insurance half-brothers who add extra entertainment value as they try to solve the mysterious case. I haven’t seen the Belgian version, but this British remake seems to stand on its own thanks to the performances, the funny direction and a script that has a lot to offer after the first two episodes, enough to keep you hooked back.
