When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they convinced Harrison Ford to be on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and would audition people who looked like Ford. Segel told Goldstein they should have at least introduced him to Ford first, thinking he would have turned it down immediately, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford was brought in, which would have piqued the interest of other famous actors.

Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was elated nonetheless. Shrinking was just as good as I hoped it would be.
Well, I just finished it and it not only met my expectations, but exceeded them
First of all, as soon as I saw Harrison Ford and Jason Segal in the lead roles, I was ready to watch it, but then after reading all the positive reviews and watching the trailer, my excitement grew even more. I’m not saying it’s the best show of the year, but it’s a fun and original comedy that will have you laughing in every episode.
I would definitely recommend it, but make sure you give yourself enough time to watch it because you’ll want to binge watch it as quickly as possible
